A woman's hips really gets bigger after each pregnancy. My husband massaged my hips and tried to push them together, I'm not sure if it worked though, my hips before pregnancy was 34 1/2 inches, during pregnancy 38, now it's 35 inches. Just continue eating healthy and exercising, it's better to have big hips than to have broader shoulders that makes you apple-shaped.

You are doing the right things and sometimes it can take a bit of time to get the results you want, but walking is the thing I would do as this seems to work for me, and you have a baby to take for a walk so you can both enjoy it as well! Good luck but maybe be a bit patient.

I dont think they ever return to the before time but exercise and good eating can help return your muscles to healthier shape

You just have to let nature take it's course, something they just bounce right back after birth and sometimes they take a while. If you are exercising and eating right that is all you can do.
