I want to register in ebay affiliate program. Please help me.

I want to register in the ebay affiliate program but, when I reach step 2 of the registration, I can never seem to complete it because there is a box that says "Please enter the characters into the box below." I see no characters so it is a problem for me to register. What should I do?
