Want some tips, about how to make a girl a girlfriend

i am having few beautiful girls in my class, and want to make them my friend so that we can talk to each other atleast 2-3 times a day,actually i am very shy type of a person hence it might be the reason, and i also don't knwo what to talk about while talking to a girl
can you give me some advice please?

Friend ...i ll tell what you shud do....
according to me ...girls look for 4 K s in you...
looK --How you actually look
booK --are you good in your studies or not
joKe --are you a jovial type to hangout with..
hooK --how you hook or approach them...
so if you take care of all these ,surely they will come to you...
