Weight loss support Group!!

I am sure many people here are willing to start a weight loss plan...and I also know that most of that number can't manage to achieve their dream weight plans for several reasons..I just thought that we would gather all the people who need to lose weight and who need motivation just like me..and we will discuss different diet methods..and greet eachother and the progress..like taking it step by step and supporting eachother to achieve the plan,, Anyone interested to join/needing that type of motivation we can make a thread each week speaking about the progress we achieved during the week..but I need to see if anyone else is interested in the idea..

Yes I think this would be a wonderful idea.I need all the encouragement I can get.I know what it is like trying diet after diet and nothing seems to work.The best plan that I have done so far though is Weight Watchers.Your not deprived of any certain foods.Its pretty much watching portions and counting points.If you are interested in this try visiting this site. http://www.aimeesadventures.com

I am always interested in extra motivation. The program I am using now works great but it is still a challenge to stay focused

i found motivation reading fitness magz and this web http://www.setyoureyeson.blogspot.com (great information, more links and products) http://www.fitday.com ( has a free journal ) http:www.about.com ( lot of information the best way to star its reading, find good information, this will keep you on track i did it you will :
