Are you addicted to Myspace?

I love myspace, would I say addicted. No, however I find that it is a wonderful tool to stay connected to my son's virtual world. A great way to keep in touch with friends and family on a daily basis that live thousands of miles apart. I use it as a creative outlet and enjoy personalizing my page and music. I am cautious and don't accept new friends into my network unless I view the page and see why they would have sent me the request. I think it is the best thing since sliced bread. What about you? Don't forget to view my website (pst...it is my myspace) of course!

I'm far from addicted to myLot. At first, I was very interested in the concept, and joined in on some great conversations. It has lost some of its luster though. I'm just finding it harder to find topics that really interest me. I've started some that I thought with 50,000 members here would have a little more interest. Oh well, I like myLot, it's just not going to become a primary function of my daily life anytime soon. =) Jim

Ooops, I'm an idiot, just realized you said myspace, not mylot. Well, in that case I'm not addicted to that either. =) I have a myspace account, even met my wife on myspace, but don't really have the time or care to keep it up to date anymore. I last logged in on 11/2/06. Although, a niece of mine just added me as a friend over the Christmas weekend, so I may have to login and accept that soon. It's a good tool to keep in touch with distant friends, but normally I prefer e-mail, IM, or god forbid THE PHONE. ;-) Jim

I used to be when my old work allowed me to go there. But the new company i work for has it blocked so i really dont do as much as i used to, but i do get on there daily and check up on my pages, and send messages to friends. Once in awhile i browse through pages to find old friends.

I love MySpace too! It's a GREAT way to stay in touch and reconnect with friends and family. I also love building websites and blogs, and undiscovered music makes it that much better! I havent had any problems thus far...(knocking on wood now!)

I used to be addicted to Myspace and I would check it constantly. My friends would leave me comments, and I would leave them one too. Now it seems like a lot of them are cancelling their accounts or they are never on it anymore. I guess I just grew out of it, although I still have my account open. I use it now to keep in touch with my friends who live far away, and it's fun to see what other people are up to. I just don't use it as much as I did when I first got it.

There are so many ways to keep in touch on the internet. There was e-mail before myspace. But what I love about it is that me and my daughter have found long lost friends. You can't do that without an e-mail address. But you can search myspace and see profiles from people you know for friends you are looking for. Thanks to myspace I found one of my dearest friends I lost touch with 2 1/2 years ago. She's coming to visit me from Florida next week. Yea for myspace.

I love it and like you said, its a great way to keep up with people, but I definately wouldnt say I was addicted to it. They need to do some changing...there are alot of tweaks that would make it better like, for one, having the friends list being able to be seen in order of most recently updated, or group them according to who is online...more options like that would help

I can honestly say I am addicted. I'm not doing so hot in college right now because of it. I'll go to sit down to right a term paper at the computer, and some how I always end up taking those surveys that are passed around in bulletins. It's disgusting really. LOL

I don't have any idea about it, but it's just the same with my account on yahoo. We add friends, share pictures, put some accessories on our own page like music, video and adding some skins to personalize it. I love it too as how you love myspace

I love myspace, at least I did. Myspace.com has been a wonderful way of getting back in touch with people that I haven't seen or spoken to in years. I've literally heard from about 15 people that I knew in high school that I hadn't even thought of in years and one that used to be my best friend, so yeah, I'm totally supportive of the whole myspace thing. I do hate the whole "predator" thing that's going on there though. I get lots of messages from people who I don't know and are looking for "adult" type fun that I'm simply not interested in. That part of it kinda sucks, but you can't have something as large scaled as myspace without having a few people come along and crap all over it.
