Ways to eat hot chips/ french fries

How do you like to eat hot chips (french fries)? Some people like 'em plain, with salt or pepper, chicken salt...personally i like them with chilli powder and cheese.

whenever i eat french fries, i want powdered cheese poured all over my fries. and i dip them in a ketchup and mayonnaise mixture. it's so yummy!

It may sound weird but I like to dip my french fries in mayonase(spelling?) or I like salt and vinegar on them...boardwalk style.
