Question about punching bags. 50lbs or 80lbs, which is better for a person just getting into it?

i box and it really depends, 40 is crucial for beginning, whats your experience in boxing id say 50 if u have before , 80 would be to hard and if you dont know proper techniqued ud sprain ur wrist.
