Do you like white bread or weat bread ???

I love white bread if it is just from the supermarket. The seeded bread from the bakery is lovely though as long as it is fresh.

I prefer wheat bread. It's healthier and more wholesome.

Wonder is sourdough is our favorate? Or rye, or raisin? I personally love sourdough bread.

I actually prefer OatNut bread. I love white bread, but know the bleached flour is not good for me. Oat Nut bread is very healthy and can help lower cholesterol. I try to only eat one slice a day, sometimes not even that. Many different companies are making oat bread now, but you have to be sure and read the lables for sugar content and bleached flour usage.

I like both, but we eat wheat bread alot.
