I recently wrote an article that was published online called "Your Guide to Getting Along with Your Boss". I feel that the article contains a lot of useful information for people experiencing difficulties at work. The steps that I listed in the article may even be able to help you or someone that you know in this situation. I am planning on creating a new article with input from various people across the world based on the same concept. I was wondering if you could please go to the article, rate it, and leave any comments that you like on my work so that I will know what direction to go in on my next article? I would really appreciate as much help as I can get. While you are there, you may even look around and my other articles as well and leave input and ratings as you deem appropriate. You can get to the article by clicking on the following link: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/106406/your_guide_to_getting_along_with_your.html

I find it kinda telling that you automatically refer to a boss or "superior" as a male..... Other than that, it could seriously use some editing. Your section about maintaining a professional relationship with your boss.... doesnt really cut it, where I work you do NOT get anywhere unless you hang out with the bosses outside of work.... in fact most people go out and drink not only with their Department Heads and Managers, but also the OPS Mangagers and Store Manager. You started two paragraphs in a row with Another : ( its my peeve All in all, I don't really agree with much of anything you wrote in the article. Sorry

Thank you for your comments. It is very unfortunate that you do not get anywhere in your company unless you go out and drink and the such with the bosses...must be a very disappointing and unprofessional place to work. I appreciate the fact that you do not agree with much of what I wrote. I thank you for your honesty.

You can't take life and work so seriously, its just a job, its not like its my life goal of a profession. Its probably the most fun place to work there is. No one is afraid of their boss, or trying to kiss their butts, everyone just gets along. If you ask me the whole world would be better if we didn't try to suck up to bosses.

I can actually understand how it can be a fun place to work if everyone just gets along. Do you work in the US? Based on your reply, I would say that it seems like it if was your life profession, you would expect it to be a bit more professional then? I do tend to take my work very seriously and the previous corporation that I worked for was very on top of things when it came to professionalism, which is where I came up with most of the techniques that I wrote about.
