What is the most important contribution an artist can make to their nation through their work? How do artists shape the nation in which they live? Is it more important to let the work speak or do artists have a responsibility that goes beyond that?

Well the most important contribution an artist can make for his nation would be to let his art reach out to help those who are less fortunate than him. by helping those who are living way below the poverty line through the funds generated through his works.
