Duke Rape case

Have you been following the Duke rape case? Now it seems the DA has hidden key evidence from the players. This is a direct ethical violation! And it is just wrong. It slaps our justice system in the face.
This case was purely a political move to get re-elected. It is not right and it is unfair to this woman (she either was or was not raped) and to all future rape victims.

I just feel bad for the duke players because they had their whole careers ahead of them until they had to go and do this. I know that they are in college and want to have a good time but i think that they shouldn't have gone as far as they did. As far as the political aspect i dont really think they it was a political move but im sure the duke students would much rather prefer to move on from this.

You may be right. I know one of the players lost a job over this! They will forever be known as the "Duke Rape Case" players. Now Nifong, the District Attorney, is being looked at closely. Just very sad.
