Can't A Clean and Efficient Means of Generating Power be Created?

for some time now, i have always thought of a means of power that would be clean, environmentally friendly and cheap. I have thought and also tried to build a power plant which would creat power for domestic use and at the same time try to recyle some of this power so created to repower it self and continue its job of producing power. Please, i will be grateful if anyone has got something to say about my idea.
