Do you know Coconut Oil?

I know about coconut oil and i daily using it because I am living in the world of coconut that in kerala

well dude, you know Americans, they can eat anything raw, why do you have to listen to them. Coconut oil is very good for health. Ofcourse all Americans do not think that, my friend from America came to stay here in Pakistan and when he saw that here many people use this he took many bottles with him. His hairs were not very good as ours.

I've only heard once that coconut oil is not healthy, but I don't remember why. I know it's good for hair. How can I use it for food other than frying? I have a jar of it but we haven't used it yet. I like fresh coconut very much!

yes i know. we use it for masage and as a hair oil. in kerela it is used for food and edible oil.

I know . Mostly it is used in south india for cooking. In north india u will see people using as hair our. It is also used on burns to heal fast as it is said to be cold. I don't like food cooked in that oil nor i use it as hair oil.

there is Virgin Coconut Oil that we usualy use for medichine.

Yes I know coconut oil and am very happy with it. It became really popular here in the Philippines so I tried it out myself. I think Americans don't like it because they don't know a lot about it. I see it alot online though, quite pricey out there. I can buy 1 liter bottles for $6 here. I use it for my hair and scalp, sometimes on my face, on really dry body parts, I even drink a tablespoon each in the morning and night. I read that it lowers bad cholesterol and can help you lose weight. It also makes toilet habits regular. I used to get headaches as soon as I got in a mall and start walking, after drinking coconut oil it has stopped. Research more on this and it really has alot of benefits. Just that some people don't like the taste of the oil.
