Love and unfaithfulness, do you think it is incompatible?

What are your views towards love, faithfulness... What do you call unfaithfulness... Could you live with it if you were ill or handicapped and could not make love with your partner? Are you unfaithfull and live with the lies...

If you truly love someone, you want to be with them and only them. No reason is a good reason to betray that love and be with another.

The question is, if you were seriously ill or incapable to satisfie your beloved partner, would you let him go with someone else, and this way hope to keep his heart burning for you?

All i can says is u never know so u have to builf faith and trust in your partner hoping they are feeling the same u do.
