Do you ever think about where your atoms will go after they have been in you?

Can't say that is a thought that has ever past through my mind! Maybe i should have paid more attention in science lessons, but did the atoms that 'create' me actually exisit before they were me?!

YES! SPERM AND EGG CELLS MADE YOU and they did exist, or you would not be here...

Natural occurrences once understood can be left alone

Good question! Prior to living in you, your atoms' lived in your mother as an immature-then mature ova; and prior to living in you--the other half of your atoms were generated in your father's body probably days (maybe hours) before the two seperate germ cells united to make you! When does life begin? BEFORE CONCEPTION because sperm and egg are ALIVE living cells! After you die? Your "atoms" degenerate and decompose if your body was not treated chemically to prevent the process.

I think that would be a waste of time as matter becomes energy and back again throughout nature
