hi, nice to hear from you .i can understand the need of losing weight u need to exercise daily 15 minutes and cut on the cheese,etc etc keep this in idea that losing weight can be done by brisk walking 10 minutes a days then increase 1 minute daily then cut of cake,cheese heavy calories food .try these out
