Buy a car on ebay?

I bought a car on Ebay several years back. I need a cheap one that I could haul stuff in, and I found the perfect one. The price was right. I went and picked it up, everything went smooth. I ran the car to pieces, and it was one of the best cars I have ever had, especially considering it was an old car, and used. I would definitely buy a car from Ebay again.

I have a friend who bought her car on Ebay. She swears by it and said she will never go to another car lot or dealership to buy a car. You just need to figure out how to get the car to you. There are several car trucking companies that will do it for a fee. Or, if it's close enough, you can drive the car home yourself. Just remember to figure that into the total cost of the car.

I think there are more cons than pros. Wouldn't you want to be there in person to test drive it? I would.

I don't know if I would do it because you don't get to drive the car first to make sure it works the right way.
