Is alchol good for health ??

Believe alchol is not good for health once it is consumed more since it could raise your sugar level and blood pressure level in your end .which leds to heart attack.It would be great if alchol is taken in small quantity.

i think its ok..and good BUT in normally u drink...:) if u drink a lot/day u will go off soon:)

when you drink alcolhol sociabley that's fine it's when u drink everyday or drink excessively that's when it's starts getting bad for your health some people sometimes just go overboard
