I usually have one every couple of days, i read too many banans give you cellulite and a medium banana contains 117 calories... although i did have one a day when i was pregnant and it helped alot with leg cramps and midnight cravings for choclate and snacks

not every day , if i buy some bananas, i will eat one a day, but if i buy other fruits, i will not eat bananas.
