Who has arranged the colors in the rainbow? God Almighty did. Why? God Almighty in heaven above created and designed the rainbow as sign and promise that He would never flood the earth again as in the days of Noah.

Oh! No.This is a religious statement and in the age of internet-era, one should try to think and give scientific explanation. thanks for your response.

I don't understand why speaking of the Bible is religion it is a belief. Scientist are still baffled by God's creations to this very day in the 21st century. Your orginal question was "who". Man you insult me by denouncing the creator of all things except lies.

When sun rays passes through cloud/water it looks like rainbow and the colours are looking as if arranged one after the other. This is purely physics.

it has to do with reflections in the sky it has to do with the sun rays and the water. I know most people will talk about a prism but there are other forms such as oil stains the reflection creats a rainbow on the surface. The colors are formed because as we all know you have to mix colors to get colors so thats why there are multiple colors.

When light passes through a droplet of water, a water acts as a prism. This prism splits up the light and the arranging is done according to the properties of light. Lights which have more energy are on the top while light having least energy are on the bottom. It's all physics. That's how it is arranged.

I love rainbows. If one can be seen, I just cant help but looking up until it is gone. You know once I saw two rainbows together. Have you seen? Its was so beautiful, so beautiful, I just couldnt move my eyes away. (I got a scolding from my hubby cos I was walking on the road looking up LOL)

It is only pure science. When light passes through a triangular prism.it splits in to seven colors called spectrum.

I love rainbows. They are the refraction of light being devided as with chrystals or water. I hve seen it done with chrystals hanging in the window where the sun can shine through them and with water by yard sprinkler. some time you can catch a double rain bow. These I like the most
