Hardware is the body and softwares are the thoughts,now operating system =????

Dear friends. if a computer system is considered as a human body, i think the hardware will be the body and the softwares must be the thoughts and feelings which regulate and direct our actions. now tell me what will be the operating system? MY answer is-- of course The Soul or The Spirit. tell me what do you think.

Operating systems acts as an interface bettween the user and the computer hardware...so could it be the mind???
Moreover Mind is just a collections of thoughts and emotions with creativity and intelligence

well... if you mean 'brain'by theword 'mind'.then you are perhaps a little wrong. then it is a physical part (we can say it 'the proccesor'). but if you mean 'our sense' or 'concious' by the word 'mind', then you are right. since the operating system recieves the input from people through the hardware and then it sends it to the brain (proccesor) for further process and for making further decisions, (these decisions are taken on the basisi of our preoccupied thoughts or belifs those can be taken as softwares), it acts like a Spirit or Soul. Isnt it?

Operating system is the manager in local terms.It maintain all the installed software.It provide them enviornment to work.It cares the hardware for computer.That is why it is regarded as the above.

yeah... it will be better to say soul because its an interface between the entire system hardware and softwares. just like the senses or the soul which make us feel and recognise any signal and then send it to thebrain to further process the information to make a meaningful on the basis of some preoccupied thoughts of ours(here which are softwares).
