I always skip breakfast because I'm not really hungry in the mornings. Once I get up and start working on something I just don't seem to get hungry. So I usually find myself skipping not just breakfast but lunch as well.
It's not good to skip breakfast but I end up skipping it all the time. its supposed to be the most important meal of the day though.
lots of days I am just in a hurry to get the kids to school or something so I dont have the time.
