safety in children

do you think we are keeping our children safe and out of harms way? i see so many parents that just do not care about their children therefore not putting helmets or knee/shoulder pads for bike riding. i think that is sad.

Some parents do and some don't, I see quite a bit of it around here, the more relaxed way in a small rural area, but it is slowly getting bigger and the safety issues will need to be checked sooner or later! I would say I was maybe too protective of my children but they seem to have grown up fine! The one day that my son did not have his protective gear on he had a huge fall off his skateboard and I have photos to remind him of it!

I think that we all must learn how to protect ourselves and family but not overdo it

I think we sometimes overdo it and we must allow some areas for the child to learn to take care of themselves

i agree, there are alot of overprotective parents out there, nd children learn from mistakes so this doesnt help them but there are also those who just dont care and this saddens me.

ummm why the hell does bails have a helmet on when hes only 5 seconds old lol dont tell me he's riding bikes already lmao
