Are you scared to break the rules of any organisation?

If you are working for an organisation that means you are part of a big family. To make evryone happy and feel safe rules are laid down by the organisation. To break it means you are going against it and as such you don't care for the family/organisation. Rules maybe broken when necessity arise but your question means you are challengin people to break the rules which is bad
