Here is why. They scare me to death. If I don't believe in them, I don't have to be scared. I see things, but I just explain them away, this is my way of NOT dealing with the reality. Do you do this?

Well I don't do it with ghosts, although I have had my share with those. I do it with other things. I think everyone does at one time or another. If I don't really see it or know about it then it's not happening type thing. It's a way of coping. It's our way of dealing with things we can't handle right then.

I'd rather stick my head in the sand and pretend they don't exist, very adult of me I suppose........

Well, I do believe in ghost because I have way too many experiences to not believe in them. But I do try to explain away things when strange things happen. It is also my way of dealing with it at times. Maybe when I explain it as something, I will actually believe it. LOL But there are times when I feel that I am explaining way too much and then it just makes me thinking that maybe there is more to it. ha ha Yes, ghost or the paranormal can be very scarey. But it is only scarey because we do not understand it. It has been my experience that if you are scared, it only feeds it. So, the best thing to do is to pick it apart, explain it away, until you can not longer find a reason. Then...you will have something real that you may then try to undestand and not be scared of. :)
