Tonight I get little confuse while I'm with my manager, I don’t know yet his attitude and manner so I'm trembling sometimes especially when his is in a bad mood or in a hurry. He noticed that I'm struggling while taking his command but he said, don’t get confused about me, don’t be afraid for you are smart and you will succeed in this area. I'm really relief and ease when he said that. At least I know that they like me here and from that I can hold on and improve my self more to this job, now I'm walking on 1 month and 2 weeks working with them. Lots of phrases and few mistakes but promise not happens again. I'm just human and beginning to learn more in this area so expected to commit some mistakes or kind of well done job. But I always try and strive to learn more and do more and better.

It is not unusual to be a little uncomfortable or nervous on a new job. I am glad your manager reassured him. No one is perfect when they first start a job. They grow into it. Good luck.

Yes! i agree... just relax and be fucos what's your duties as a receptionist. And it's a normal that you've encountered like that and be... Humble!
