How much time u utilize to spend your day on computers

That means that how many hours do u work on computers. And also how long can u sit in front of your computer without doing any extra curricular activity.
Since my work is system admin so i spend my entire day only on internet & amonge computers.
So what about u man.

i spend almost 4 hours infront of the computer.i normally be finding new money earning sites and try to earn money with less stress.i actuall have many money earning sites which i can work less than mylot but i use mylot coz this is the first site from which i got money.thats why i love mylot.really mylot rocks.
