What do you people think about this brutality done by BUSH and that too on the " HOLY " day of EID???Im from india and here the whole country has raised its voice against this brutality...Protests are going all all around here..and that too by banning american products by all the youth parties..If saddam is hanged for murder, then what shud be done to bush???According to me he is the no:1 enemy of this entire world..he is the one who is making his country's people pay for what he is doing...I think this would be the begining of a new revolution against BUSH,and which he just cant withstand..many american tourists in my country has also shown their protest against this brutal act and they too are saying that BUSH is making their country's name worse by his SELFISH acts..the americsns are good, but BUSH is really a verrry BAD MAN....A MENACE TO THE ENTIRE WORLD!!! ALL SHOULD PROTEST AGAINST THIS MAN!!!THE LIVING DEVIL!!!

Now don't get me wrong, I can not STAND Bush, so don't think I am a fan of his. BUT, wasn't Saddam tried by the Irqi parlament? If he was tried by Bush directly, I would see the issue, but it appears Saddam was tried by is own country. Saddam was evil, do you think he was not? His people were begging us for help for many years. Not condonig Bush, if we remember the jerk was looking for Weapons of Mass Destruction. However there was a sigh of relief from many Iraqis when Saddam was captured. We should not allow our hatred of Bush blind us from the facts. I fully beleive he is scum and should have been impeached along time ago. However, IMO Saddam received a fair hearing by his own country.

I agree with you, sunshine! Your comment was so well stated, and it reflects how I feel exactly. I was so irate that I just couldn't put it into words!

Oh and I forgot to mention, from my understanding it took place yesterday, so they would not hang him on their Iraqi holiday.

YES!!1saddam is also an evil person...but what america..i mean bush just did, that too against UNO is really something very serious...and the government in IRAQ is just a dummy driven by BUSH himself, everybody knows that...so though IRAQee govt had hanged saddam, the mesterplan is actually bush's...and the main point is that saddam was hanged al of a asudden because he was 69 and by next augst or so he was about to be 70,n its against law to hang a person above 70..thats y bush played his trick all of a sudden to hang him that too just before the holy days of EID so that no muslim nations wud react to this brutality...

How can you give a picture of a country like this? Are you from PRESS? Are you from a POLITICAL PARTY? Are you MUSLIM? Are you SUNNI ? Are you SHIYA ? Are you an EXPERT ON IRAQ? Are you an Expert on WORLD HISTORY? My friend , it is Life. The life is a struggle between haves and havenots, between people with powers, wealth, religiour leaders. Life is not for common man. I am also from India. Where is protests? Where are you? I am neither on the side of Bush nor on the side of Saddam.I am neither on the side of a Hindu nor on the side of Muslim or Christian. The common man is simply a man/woman.He does not belong to any country, religion or political party. He is for living the life. The developments are all between power mongers. They do not belong to any region or religion. They have a face which is at the outside seems sober, religious and trustworthy but inside there is another face which is cruelty, powermongering, after the desires to rule the world. Better if we live a life of non-attachment to these b.....s!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Nobody in the US or UK protested much about the treatment of the Iraqi people under Saddam's regime until it became expedient to do so because it "justified" an invasion.

Did you protest as much at the treatment of the iraqi people and the way they were executed when he was in power? I think not.

Many feel thar Bush is the real terrorist and that he is a liar and a theif. But he is merely a puppet. Surely he is not educated or swift enough to execute these moves but it is those for which he dance for that are the true Devils and have very selfish motives.

You're crazy. No matter how we feel about Bush, what he is doing is trying to help the people of Iraq. If you remember, the people wanted his help and protection from dictators like Saddam, and whoever is now waiting to "take over". Bush may not be doing things that we like or doing things how we would like them done, but his intentions and goals are ultimately good and humane. He represents all that is good in this world and is NOT a terrorist by any means. He is a human, and has made some mistakes... but he is not evil.

I am American, I am level-headed, and I do not agree with Bush. BUT, he is NOT evil, he is NOT a terrorist, and he is trying to help the world, not destroy it. In the case of the soldier that was released, you, of course, are not privy to all of the details of the "rape". Could it possibly have been proven that it was not truly a case of rape? There is more to any story than what the media tells you. If your only reason to call Bush a terrorist is this rumor of the soldier and the opinions of your friends...

How do you figure that the U.S. president is the one who calls the shots in Iraq? I don't understand why people seem to think that President Bush is the one who chose the day of Saddam's execution, when it was a court in his own country under the rule of the Iraqi government who's in charge of when and where the execution was to take place.

All I have to say to this response is Thank you. Your remark is the first besides my own, that doesn't put the blame on Bush. Who doesn't have no control in Iraq, except for our troops being there. That's trying to help the Iraqi police. Again Thank you.

My dear, I am also an Indian. I want to know what your country was doing when Mr.Saddam killed so many kurds, shites, and innocents? Was it not brutal? Why should now bandhs and boycots? At the age of 21, Mr.Saddam Hussain killed his brother-in-law.Do you know this? When he is so merciless for the sake of power do you want to extend support? Tell me what he has done to his country? He has sold oil and made merry of it. About Bush, he is doing everything for the sake of his country. You call him a devil because he is trying to take control over the world by Americans. Why donot the countries falling prey? What are the reasons? You should look at your country`s welfare rather than falling prey.ok.Tell your country politicians
30 Dec 06
GREAT POINT! Why were thy not raising their voices when Saddam was committing mass murder of his own people? Now he is gone and NOW they want to raise their voices? It doesn't make any sense.

You should acknowledge President Bush as a great world leader. Thanks to him, your brutal dictator friend has been brought to justice. Obviously he cared more about sparing the lives of the Iraqi people than you do. Now to get the facts straight - Sadaam was tried by an Iraqi court and sentenced and executed by them. President Bush did not make those decisions.

you r right dear. bush is the only enemy of world peace. the whole world knows what he did in afghanistan, iraq and now is after iran. what he is upto?? he is satan... bush is the right person to b hanged. he is using the divide and rule policy. what is the use of protest after hanging saddam. he is no more....... but bush has to pay for him he destroyed iraq and most of all afghanistan to catch one osama bin laden.he did not succeed in tht.that is why he is frustrated.and felt ashamed.and started after saddam. he made so many children orphan.so many women widow. and killed many for one man osama!!!!! is he not the real culprit.... what did he do for the victims of 11 sep even though tht should not hav happened is his security systems is so poor or what???? was tht his plan to blame some muslims again to gain some sympathy towards him?????? i think one tsunami is not enough for him....... if he had killed one saddam then hundreds and thousand of saddams will born.for devils like bush......

u IDIOT, i live in india, but there has been no protest in our state or for that matter any of our neighboring states, just because a few group of ppl raise their voice does'nt mean that the whole country has protested, its people like you that give india a bad name, there has been no protest, just because a fwe group of people who understand nothing of the atrocities that saddam has committed and know nothing about the bush administration raise a few signs for their own selfish purpose DOES NOT, mean that the whole country has gone protesting, choose your words carefully b4 u involve the whole country, BAD MAN... A MENACE TO THE ENTIRE WORLD, what did u make up all that on your own!!! bush did the entire world a favour by removin saddam from the face of the earth, ever1 knew and said saddam was bad, that he needed to be punished but bush regime was the only one who took some action!!!!

He was not killed on the holy day of EID. That is why they did it in such a hurry. Don't you know how to tell time? People like you like to stir up trouble and pass false and exgagerated information to get people to back you. President Bush had nothing to do with Saddam's trial. The evidence was presented, he was found guilty. Saddam was an evil man, the people of Iraq are glad he is gone. He was barbaric and cruel. People that can't open their eyes to the truth and the facts are a menace to the entire world if you ask me.

I am also from India; I understand that there is no justification for this brutality however from a photograph in the Hindu today, a man was seen pulled up by policemen for showing protest. And moreover there were protests all over India which is understandable however in Chennai, people went ahead to protest in front of the US consulate which hurts some innocent Indians. So even while showing their protests people should realize what they are doing and the degre of their protest....

Why? Because it took a mere 10 seconds for him to lose consciousness? He probably felt no pain at all. That's a hell of a lot more mercy than those he killed (or ordered killed) got.
