Mine is pretty much the same. I am going to take a little different approach this year and try to make it last all year. You can't change everything overnight, it just doesn't work. I'm going to try to do a little each day until I reach my goal.
Me too. Quiting smoking seems to be what I try and do every year. I have tried patches, zioban, chewing gum. When I first tried the chewing gum I make the mistake of biting into it which put me off.
What methods are you going to try for quiting?
