Have you read Bhagwad Gita, which verse you like most. I like
'Tis well set forth, O Chaser of thy Foes!
Renunciation is of threefold form,
And Worship, Penance, Alms, not to be stayed;
Nay, to be gladly done; for all those three
Are purifying waters for true souls!

you have the right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitlrd to the fruits of action. Never cosider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty.
