I have NO clue how to use this. ??? Is it complicated?

It is pretty easy to use. Sign up for an account add you bank account then verify you bank account they will insert alittle money into you account you verify by telling them the deposits put in. And when you reach $10.00 you can withdraw from paypal into your bank account. Or you can sign up for a debit card type of thing to just use it like a debt card. I do believe you have to be there so long before you have the option of using it as a debt card.

I'm gonna try to get one goin when I wake up. I got a big 98 cents so far. At this rate, I'll be 110 before I get $10. !!! They'll put the $$$ in my bank acct.?

woohoo...I think I've made a little progress. PayPal is easy Sam. It's how I pay for all by ebay purchases.

you are at the United States - right . if it is so then using Paypal account is very easy for you . you need not worry about the Paypal fees , currency conversion rates , minimum withdrawing amount ... etc . Just verify your Paypal account with a Bank account and everything will be fine .
