it is a deep subject like the ocean . Kundalini theory has been described a lot in print media and on the web . practicing it is very difficult for ordinary human beings ...

I have practiced and i know them as close as i know my friends.Its in you dear fren, its in us.If its like ocean we are the captain of the ship to be sailed in this ocean. 1).Its is goddess shakti.Tht is mother power in us.(Maa shakti).
