Local charity bins

Well I am really ashamed of some people. Not only do useful donations go into there but rubbish I mean food scraps and such but to top it off today the workers opened one near me and someone dumped 4 very tiny kittens and a dead dog. How gross is this? I just want to strangle some people!!

This is disgusting. I hope that when these people need help from a charitable organisation that they are treated with the same courtesy.
