Aside from water being the healthiest, what is the next best healthy thing to drink. Please explain why you think that? I will only be reading and rating each reply. Thank you.

I'd say tea, because it has antioxidants and no calories unless you put some in it. Juice is good but it has lots of calories and sugar, coffee's high acidity and caffeine aren't good for you, and the benefits of drinking milk are still up for debate.

As you said, water would be the healthiest to drink, but pure fruit juice is also good for you. Apart from the sugar content that worries some diabetics, it has vitamins and fibre also so that is good for the bowel etc.

Fruit juice comes to mind. But drinking fruit juices in excess is not healthy. They are loaded with sugars. Green tea is great too as it is high in anti-oxidants.

Depends on what exactly you mean by healthy. If you are asking in the context of weight loss or maintaining a weight, then coffee w/o sugar or cream comes in under water. Tea is next. Decafe if one prefers. If you are asking from a nutritional conttext, then fruit and berry juices are next.
