Should a woman who dyes her hair blonde from a dark color also dye her eyebrows to match?

It depends on how dark the eyebrows. Lightening the eyebrows slightly darker than the new color looks more natural than the exact same color.

Only if they are very, very dark, and only if she is going to continue to keep her hair blond, because when they start to grow out they will look terrible.

Depends if they're going for the realistic look and trying to pass themselves off as a natural.

Oh my Gosh! That would be so funny! Not unless overtime they dyed their hair from black to blonde. Then it would look goofy to have blonde hair and black eyebrows!
