Proposed Malaysian Unity & Diversity Economic Policy(20% Bumiputra,10% Chinese,3 Proposed Malaysian Unity & Diversity Economic Policy(20% Bumiputra,10% Chinese,3% Indian Distribution) National Multi Ethnic Multi Religious Unity & Diversity Economic Policy Today Malaysia is a very divided and polarized country. Malaysian Government double standard policy of favouring "Bumiputera's Special Privileges only" such as at least 30% share of new listed company must be given to Bumiputra(Normally to Malays), all government agency top positions are filled by the Malays, non transparent announced meritocracy higher level education entrance and scholarships, unfair 5% to 10% all housing discount price to Bumiputras, unfair proportion of allotment into language and religious buildings and activities(virtually All amount and non transparent into Malay school and Mosque/Islamic which neglect Chinese,Indian&Other Bumiputras and other Faiths i.e.Buddhism,Christianity,Hinduism,Sikhism,Bahaism,Taoism,Others) has actually destroys the universal principles of hardwork and rewards. It has instilled a very negative racial and religious divisive legacy into the Malaysian perception. Hence Malaysia is truly discriminating Malays and Islamic extremism. It has made the Malays to interlink among themselves only, the Chinese and the Indians to interlink themselves only. It has destroyed fair competition. The Malays become extreme Islamic and racist, the Chinese become extreme competitive, the Indian become extreme racist. It has destroyed the hopes of those people with the true purpose of industry developments. It also endangered the stability and sustainability of the national development. It has also made all Non Bumiputera Malaysians feel like unequal opportunity, limited potential policy and Unjustice Government Double Standards treatments. It makes the Chinese and the Indians who first consider themselves a Malaysian treated like a Non Malaysian. It makes them reconsider of their nationalistic & patriotic belief. It makes them feel like immigrants in their beloved country. It divides the people (Malays and Others) and the country. It shows the value of restrictions, unequality and favourability/divisibiliy, which totally contradict with the universal laws of liberty, equality & fraternity among all peoples. This is the current situation of life in Malaysia. As a proactive Malaysian, I can see there is only one(1) best solution to instill the Malaysian race that is as per below:- 1. At least 20% share of new listed company must be given to Bumiputra, 10% to Chinese, 3% to Indian. 2. At least 20% all government agency top positions are filled by the Malays, 10% to Chinese, 3% to Indians. 3. At least 20% meritocracy higher level education entrance and scholarships to Malays, 10% to Chinese, 3% to Indians.(2 different standards:STPM(Malaysian) & Matriculation(Malays Students test marked by Malays lecturers only) 4. All housing price to be the same for all Malaysian(Eliminate 5-10% discount to Bumiputera Malays) 5. All proportion of allotment into language and religious buildings and activities should be divided following (60% Malay&National, 30% Chinese, 7% Indian Schools)(60% Mosque/Islamic,40% Buddhism,Christianity,Taoism,Hinduism,Sikhism,Bahaism, others faith activities) With this fair and just national distribution only can Malaysia be truly Malaysian and Asian. Only this minimum 1/3 national distribution method is the way to cultivate unity for all multi ethnic or multi religious countries. Others 2/3 national distribution is to encourage competition. Extremism is eliminated. Modesty is maintained. Competition is developed. We are all human and brothers. All races, religions and all of us are different and evolving. Unity & Diversity is fundamental in all life and at all times.
