This is a question that I have been pondering for the past few years. When I was a kid, it seemed that happiness just came natural. But now, I just find myself existing, not really living. How can I truly be happy?

My answer would be to look into religion. Finding God and your church family can give you great happiness. Money is definately not the answer.

I'm a Christian and I definitely know money is not the answer. Honestly,I feel the most at home when I'm at church...but it's just that I'm not really "happy"..I'm in a kind of just "blah" mood. I suffer from mild depression so I guess that's what's wrong. I just wish I could just get out of this funk and be happy.

Maybe try a different church? I went to Catholic church all my life and was just kinda blah as well. I now go to just a Christian worship church, and it is very upbeat and enjoyable. It is not repetitive at all, unlike a lot of more "organized" religions. Just a thought, as I am not sure where you go!

hi,its natural that once we become elder, the tensions automatically increased as we were previously depending on parents.but now don't expect too much from anybody..anything..satisfy with what you have and what you are...then you will be happy...some time times it may effectc the growth also,so be care.all the best.

Happiness comes from within. Try to help others and do good deeds to others. Helping other people can make you feel better. There is an undescribable feeling of happiness that radiates within if you help others and see them react happily towards your good deeds.
