Hi I would like to see if I can offer you some ideas. But, it would be helpful to have an idea of what things you normally have for dinner. Also, are there certain foods that you absolutely don't like , won't or can't eat? Cathy

I'll try to offer some ideas. First, one thing I do to help for those nights I want something quick is to keep packages of browned hamburger in the freezer. I buy large packages, cook it, then divide it into freezer bags and freeze it. 1. Hamburger ideas: A.hamburger mixed with noodles and canned cream of whatever soup you want or use a cheese sauce. To vary you could toss in some peas. B.hamburger mixed with cream of onion soup, serve over bread. If you have ever lived near a restraunt called White Castle, you might like this. C.hamburger mixed with sliced potatoes and pork'n beans. May sound odd to some, but my family like this D. Goulash - mix hamburger, spag. or tomato sauce and elbow macaroni. E. Homemade Tacos Other Ideas 2. How about breakfast for dinner? A.Pancakes [which can be premade and frozen] or french toast with some bacon or sausage. B.Omellettes 3. How do you make your chicken? A. roll chicken in bread crumbs, toss in the oven; about 15 minutes before it's done cover with cream of whatever kind of soup you want B.bake chicken , about 15 minutes before it's done cover with cheese sauce; top with grated cheese after you pull it out of the oven. 4. Egg salad sandwich with soup I hope that gives you a few ideas. Cathy
