What Do You Worry About?

Do you worry about not getting married and having kids before you are 30? Do you worry about being late for something? Are you the type of person who worries about everything and anything? A little bit of advice, the more you worry...the older you get. Like my mother always says to me, "you wouldn't want to get old before you are young." Try to keep yourself motivated by doing things you enjoy: spend time with the family, swimming, reading, etc. Keep your mind off the things that bother you the most or just try to get them out of your life. If it's not making you happy...then it's not for you...let it go! And if you worry about not living your life the way you always hoped to...ask yourself, 'what's stopping me?' So tell me, what do you worry about?

Absolutely nothing. It is a total waste of time and energy to worry about anything. Worry comes from not knowing who you are and a lack of self esteem. As I have found out over the many years of my life, worrying never helped me in any way. It creates unhappiness and affects your health. How many times have you worried about something and then when it happened, it turned out to be not so bad? Instead of worrying, think about the good things you want to happen in your life.
