What's the difference between Victoria's Secret and Fredricks of Hollywood?

Why do some people prefer to shop at Victoria's Secret, while others prefer to shop at Fredricks of Hollywood? I've shopped at both, but I think they're the same thing, but my friends tell me there's a difference? Is one more high class than the other? better material? better products? What's the difference people?

Victoria's Secret has higher quality underwear and focuses as much on comfort and support, while Fredericks of Hollywood focuses pretty much on just looking sexy. That's the main difference I've seen. A friend of mine once said "Victoria's Secret is about looking good for yourself, Frederick's is about looking good for your partner'.

I think that Victorias Secret has the better quality and material. I think that they both look nice and are around the same price but I prefer Victorias over Fredricks
