My dog got in a fight with another dog and cannot use his front left leg. It is very painfull but doesn't appear to be broke. What can I give him that I might have here at home to help with the paion.

Dogs can take aspirin, give him one ASPIRIN not tylenol, see how he is in the morning contact the vet.
