High expectations

I am my own worse enemy when it comes to standards ...the standards I set for myself are sometimes just way to high to acheive ... as for setting standards for others i try not to do that as they are there own person and only they know what they can and cannot do ... for my kids i set standards for school work and i try to help them to achevec that in any way i can ... even when they don't I still allow them some leeway to change the grades or bring them up ... make them set goals for themselves helps them ...

i don't have a problem with that... theres not many who have high expectations to me... and my parents just wants me to be happy with what i'm doing... So i have never tryed to crumble under pressure...
