Business with friends.....will it work?

Some people don't prefer doing business with friends as many people say ..."Don't do business with your friends, it might spoil yourfriendship in the long run" what do you think about this? are they speking the fact here or do you think everything depends on each individual and how they take it? share your views here

I think that as long as you are honest in your business, you have nothing to fear from doing business with friends. I have a Creative Memories business and some of my best customers were friends first! If anything, I think it's brought us closer.

Mybe even this thing will depend on each individual as i believe that whenevr more money is involved there might arise some tensions between close friends and this maynot be a good development as it might also effect everybody who are around them and sometimes might even be a tota disaster...don't you think so? maybe you can handle it better, but everybody cannot handle in the same way as you do isn't it?

I don't mind doing business with friends, as long as I am not taking an advantage of them and they don't take an advantage of me. So far, I can't complain.
As far as charging my friends for may work, I don't.
My friends get my work for free.

You seems to have an nice view on doing business wity friends and this has to be appreciated first.But, many peopel are selfish in this world and only a few things like this will succeed in these day's isn't it? then again, without getting into bussiness you will not know what all problems will come isn't it?

Most of the times, what you are saying is right as i also believe that friendship and business cannot work for sure and maybe in some cases it works and i have also heard tio many people's stories about running business with friends and failing

Doing a business with friends is not very advisable because sometimes money matters can break a friendship. Although if your bond is stronger than money then I don't see any problem with creating a business with your friends. Just make sure that all financial transactions of the business is written on paper.

Yeah...most of the people believe in this and i also do think that business with close friends may not be good.If something goes wrong anywhere, then it is not only effecting friendship but also family also might get efefcted sometimes and things might become worser also.However it maynot be the case with everyone as theer are also friends who has done successful business and are in good raport still.
