I would have to say quesadilla, nachos, tacos, burritos, empinadas, salsa and chips just about anything mexican I love it.

Queso fundido !melted cheese with chorizo and you eat with soft tortillas,sour cream,guacamole,pico de galo..hummm perfect with a nice Margarita!(from the resataurant Fronteras)

I think I tried some mexican pizza's once... and they were ok. Can anyone tell me where can I find a good place to eat mexican food? Thnaks for your response

My favorite mexican food would have to be tacos. I love soft tacos. I could eat mexican food every day I think. I also love mexican pizzas.

It would have to be cheese enchiladas! they taste so good it is making me want some right know.
