is sleeping during the same as sleeping during the night?????

okay heres the deal....i work tha graveyard shift....so therefore i have to sleep sometime during tha day.....my eyes are kinda black....it just doesnt feel tha same to me as sleeping during the day....its like i always feel as if i never had enough sleep.....

I feel the same way as I work the same shift as well. I'm now starting to have a hard time going to sleep when I come home from work.
It's not good for your body to work such a shift, but who else is going to do it right?
