I've been lucky so far - I guess. Well, I haven't gotten one at this time.

Oh - I just remembered. I did get a ticket because of a blown-out headlight that went about a minute before. Being that I had to go to the mechanic that morning anyway, he filled out this card that the fficer gave me (because I had mentioned that I had planned on seeing the mechanic) & explained to me what needed to be done.
The good news was, the ticket was dismissed.

yes while i was on my L {learning} it was my 3 drive "legally" and i got dun for 3 kms ova da limit. it wasnt my fault the car was goin down hill. dad ended up losing 1 dermit point off his licence

if you want to speed get a radar detector i have one it saves me heaps
