For every negetive answer you loses one cent .is this true?

my earning is cut down by 5 cents..although i am posting 4 lines responses..so i think if our post is voted as negative we loses one cent....

Do you seriously lose money for getting rated negative. That's weird. You shouldn't be losing cents for getting rated negative though.
