Calf with two faces born in Virginia

I was flipping through Yahoo News and I saw that this two-faced cow was born in VA. It has two noses and tounges that work independently. It's normal other than the oversized head. They artifical insemination and apparently it went all wrong somehow.

It could be whats in the feed or what wad dumped in the ground, an or bad gene splice.
