If this girl loves you enough to marry you she won't care about your past-I wouldn't keep it a secret if she talks about something relevant let her know.

If you think it is necesary for you to "confess" then go and do it. There's really no need for you to confess but if you think it's the only way you can be real honest with her, then it could be better. But I think the word shouldn't be "confess". Just tell her about your past relationships. Like story-telling her your life. She should accept everything about you if she loves you truly. Besides, it's your past. Your past is a part of you. She has to live with it. You are not obliged to tell her but since you are choosing her to spend the rest of her life with you, maybe she deserves to know what you need her to know.

Well I think that a relationship should always be based on truth. You are taking a new start with this girl and are getting married to her as well so you should tell her all the truth regarding your past. After all you have to share eachothers lives after marriage and a relationship based on a lie is bound to end up tragically.
