What do you think? I have always been curious about it and would like to have it done. Have any of you had it done?

I think it really does work. I went to one to quit smoking and I actually quit.

Good for you. Someone tried to hypnotise me many years ago and failed. I think that the subconscious has a lot to do if you are receptive or not. There is a lot of hypnotist's about so I assume that it works for some and if it helps those that can be hypnotised so be it.

I had this doe 11 months to stop smoking. It did not work :(. I talked to the hypnotist and he told me not everyone can be hypnotised. He asked me a few questions and when we got to the part about ADHD, he asked if I had ever been diagnosed or treated for this, I said yes. He explained anyone diagnosed or treated for attention deficit can not be hypnotized, I wish they had explained that before I spent my money. But it makes sense, because you do not know you can not pay attention and focus your whole life until someone else tells you. If you can not focus then you can not be hypnotized. So I spent money for nothing, but I did qut smoking eventually on my own.
